Damaged due to bad packaging

Very cute fragrance holder, but packaging was terrible - it was sent in an envelope which allowed damage to gift box and product. We cut open the cellophane to fix the “slipper” and taped it up. Not the nice looking gift I had hoped for my Grandaughter. I will not order from this seller again.
