well detailed

the medallion was very well detailed..the top is more sturdy than the bottom which is flat, and made out of some heavy duty seems like Styrofoam..it is not plastic, as you might expect.. but for such a beautiful piece, no one would know..I painted it with rustoleum a silver muted glitter color.. have had many compliments on it,

Beautiful Addition! Can't stop admiring it!

Strasbourg Ceiling Medallion adds a finishing touch to a room. Painted the same color as the ceiling, it blends as if it is original to the house. Because of such dimensional details, I am tempted to gold-leaf raised areas. I will purchase another for the adjoining boudoir.
