I can't say enough good things about these! I have a chronic illness and am in bed most of the time. getting comfortable becomes increasingly difficult. the fact that I can adjust the filler and it helps me stay cool is priceless. I highly recommend!

I've been using your typical polyfil bed pillows for ages, and though I keep them in zippered pillow protectors and take excellent care of them, they go flat quickly and don't offer much in the way of support -- even the Firm ones. So I jumped at the chance to try these shredded memory foam pillows -- and they are AMAZING! First off, they come flattened out and tightly rolled, so it takes a bit of work to un-compress them and let them fluff up. I tried "massaging" them like the instructions said to, but honestly, it was easier and faster to just open up the zipper and fluff up / unclump the shreds with my hands. Then I left the pillows sitting there for a day, and they were wonderfully full by the time I used them. One of the first things I noticed was just how heavy these are compared to cheap polyfil pillows. They're not too heavy, of course, just noticeably weightier than I was used to. The shredded memory foam is in a thin, zippered case, and then there's a softer, thicker, quilted zipper case over that. When it came time to sleep, they felt a little different than a cheaper pillow, but no less soft. What struck me, though, was that I laid my head down, got comfortable, and didn't need to adjust my pillow all night. Normally, I'd turn over, bunch the pillow up a bit, maybe move it to try to get that perfect position... but this time I didn't have to make any adjustments at all. I just drifted off to sleep and my new pillow did its job perfectly. When I woke up, my pillows weren't moved around or bunched up like I usually do to them in the night, and I had zero neck or upper back pain. The pillows had remained supportive and hadn't flattened all night. I absolutely love them. All that said, I should point out that the pillows I received didn't measure as queen size like they were described. I always put my pillows in dustrproof, waterproof, bug proof zippered protectors. It keeps them nice and like new for much, much longer. So since these were listed as queen size pillows, I measured them to make sure I bought the right size protectors. However, my measuring tape showed these pillows were only 26 inches wide (standard size) instead of 30 inches (queen size). I even took off the outer cover and measured it separately, as I thought perhaps the measurement was off due to the fluffiness of the full pillow, but nope, it only measured 26 inches. That was actually perfect for me, since that's the same size as my other pillows and shams -- and the zippered protectors I already had on hand. And I think that will work nicely for most buyers, as most of us have standard size pillows to begin with. But if you're counting on a 30" queen pillow, this is not it. Bottom line: I LOVE THESE PILLOWS! They're supportive, they are full and fluffy, and they are sooooo much better than your typical polyfil pillows. Now I just need to buy more to replace my other polyfil pillows!
