Horrible company to work with on returns

I don't recommend this product because I ordered the wrong one, didn't open it, returned it, which it said I could do, and then all of a sudden won't authorize the return after printing out the return label and scheduling a pick up from fed ex. They all of a sudden are saying they won't refund me unless it's damaged. I am also offering to pay the return shipping fee.
