Zippers, Zippers, Zippers

R and D needs to put their attention to the zipper. It is a robust zipper and a crucial part of the cooler but the zipper head itself where the zipper pull attaches is weak. Once the pull attachment breaks the zipper and cooler is useless unless you use a pair of vice grips. I used the supplied zipper grease regularly. I caught it on this cooler before it broke entirely and added JB weld to secure a metal O ring pull. The cooler is a beast and it keeps items cool for long periods. This is my second backpack cooler and 6th RTIC cooler.
