What a joke!

I've been wanting a luggage rack for some time now. I ordered this one and was disappointed with it. I was able to put it together but the bottom rack is the wrong size. It's several inches off in size. The legs have 4 holes to screw into the bottom rack but, the rack only has 2 holes (one on each side). What the heck!?! Plus the bottom rack is too small anyway. Ridiculous!!!
