This is one of those simple things that just works. Heats up quickly and stays warm long enough to actually help with aches, and it also gets nice and cold in the freezer when you need it. I bought two of these and I hate them in the morning in the microwave and place them on my neck and shoulder for arthritis pain and I really do like them. You just have to be careful to put a pillow behind you so of course they don't fall off I used at the same time as heated pads with straps for dry eyes..

This ice pack is great for sore muscles! I deal with chronic inflammation pretty much all over my body, so I move the pack to another sore spot after 10-15 minutes. It's not overly freezing, so keep in mind it can warm up quicker than expected if you need something super freezing. I have sensitive skin though so it's perfect for me. I bought another one recently so I could always have one chilling, since I use it so often. 10/10 product, I'm very happy with it!
