RETAINS WATER - DOES NOT FULLY EMPTY

I'm very dissatisfied with this handshower. This handheld shower holds and retains a lot of water after shutting it off. It does not fully empty all of the water and I have to continuously shake it every time I shower in order to get most (not all) of the water that stays in the hand shower. This is a total inconvenience not to mention that the water that is retained and resides insides the shower head can cause and mold inside and the connectors, etc.
