I have used it several times now. It works great but once it didn't pop most of the kernels. I separated, popped from unpopped, let it cool for 10 minutes, and ran it again with the unpopped kernels. They all popped. I find it easy to use and quite forgiving.

This was the first Popcorn popper I ever purchased. It is way better than cooking on a stove top. It popped every single Colonel and all I had to do was pour in the kernels and push a button. I especially like the fact that the inside is stainless steel, which is exactly what I was looking for.
