PTZ Pro 2 - I have two of the PTZ Pro cameras in use and they are truly seamless and easy to use! Plug it in and the PTZ Pro does everything for you: the remote control helps with aligning the camera. Once the PTZ Pro is aligned you never have to touch it again!!

Decent camera, terrible seller.

I purchased this from RedTag camera through walmart to replace the exact same camera that came in my Logitech Group set that is about 5 years old. The original camera worked perfectly for about 4.5 years and developed a couple of problems. I was excited to find just this camera available during the fall of last year. I purchased it, it arrive, plugged in and worked as i would have expected. We used this about twice a week in a larger meeting room. Today, the camera failed to move in any direction. So, after 6 short months, the camera is dead. I confirmed it is the camera since the old one will move when using the remote. The listint description said and still says that it has a one-year warranty. I reached out to the seller "RedTag Camera" and he came back basically saying that they only offer 30-day returns and i should have returned it then. Typical Wm/Amazn seller trying to avoid losing even a penny to make it right. So, avoid this seller at ALL costs. I am out about $380 bucks and have to find another option now.
