As a dietary supplement, to help control appetite, chew 1 piece twice daily for 15-30 minutes before main meals. To curb snacking, chew 1 piece during periods of traditional snacking or when the urge to snack is present. Chew for 3-5 minutes, then feel free to dispose when the flavor runs out (this is functional gum!).
