Delicate and soft.

When assembled as instructed, the pillow is phenomenal. You are instructed to remove it, allow it to inflate, and then agitate or dust it with air in your dryer. These pillows are substantial, comfortable, plush, and not at all rigid. They are packaged with foam that appears sparse, but upon opening, it expands to completely fill the bag. I am VERY pleased thus far.
