Lenovo Ideapad 3i Laptop, 15.6" FHD IPS Touchscreen, Intel Core i5-1155G7 Processor, 24GB RAM, 1TB SSD, Intel Iris Xe Graphics, Privacy Camera, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth, Windows 11 Pro

Did not purchase this laptop through Walmart but did through Amazon, thought I'd share my experience here as well. Bought this laptop and set it up, downloaded steam, and DayZ the game. Took approximately 20 minutes and after that the laptop got a black screen with my mouse cursor that wouldn't go away. Tried shutting it on and off multiple times and every time I logged back in, black screen reappeared. I called Lenovo support and was told there was nothing they could do to help me since I didn't pay for the $200 warranty but the gentleman transferred me over to the warranty department and the lady told me the same thing but helped me factory reset it to see if that would help. It did for a day and a half until it happened again, submitted a return to Amazon immediately after that. Quite ridiculous to have an almost $800 laptop not work after 20 minutes, and be refused help for not getting a $200 warranty on top of it. I was completely disappointed considering a friend recommended this exact laptop. Honestly may be windows 11 and not the laptop but either way I wouldn't recommend this laptop either way if you don't want a defective product and a snippy lady at Lenovo support to help you factory reset it🤦‍♀️
