Worth every penny, give it a shot!

First off, the paint is in amazing condition. I was surprised that it had arrived a week earlier than expected as well. My package luckily came with 6 mounting screws (phillips head/10 mm) a whole role of adhesive and 6 adhesive padding for the screws themselves. Installation was a bit discouraging at first, after removal of the OEM spoiler on my 2000 GS-R i could comfortably get one side threaded in, but not tightened down as to begin the other side. Note that I had researched other reviews on websites such as Amazon for the same product from Ikon, and had seen almost everyone say something along the lines of "did not fit my vehicle" or "too short for my trunk". With a little elbow grease, and luckily this being made of ABS plastic all you really need to do is pull on the wing itself and line up the corresponding holes and begin to tighten from there. Trust me, it was a little scary thinking "what if this thing snaps?" but as flexible as it is, its a champ when it came to its endurance and build quality. After all was said and done, its now sitting flush on my trunk and I couldn't be happier. Awesome price considering its a prepainted wing to OEM paint codes (huge huge bonus for that in my book) and overall quality reassures me that its not some cheap wing that'll fade and begin to crack anytime soon. As a precaution, I went ahead and washed the spoiler post installation and applied Mothers CMX Ceramic onto it, assuring the beautiful paint to shine through and remain free of future defects.
