All inclusive party pack!

I found this set to be just what I needed. I was able to decorate the top of my daughter's cake and the surrounding party area for a very reasonable price. It looked fabulous and it didn't break the bank to do it. The set came with small adhesive stickers that adhered the balloons to the wall or windows and that was so helpful. The balloons had rose gold confetti inside them and a 21st birthday message which was so nice. I would have paid the total price just for those confetti balloons alone at a party store. Highly recommend this for those that want the party atmosphere to look nice, but not spend too much to get it done. Satisfied customer for sure.
