My Second-Favorite Garden Tool

This lovely, slender trowel is sturdy and versatile, shaped for delicate and power jobs. My first favorite is my broad fork, which aerates and loosens compacted soil far-better than a dandelion, and makes it possible to excise those persistent thistle rhizomes.
