I like it, but the fold indentations are not liked

I like this rug, it was just what I imagined including size, color, and texture but I'm not sure how they're kept in the warehouse or if it came from packaging for shipping, but I don't like the fold, indentations that are in the rug. Not sure if there's a time limit when it will smooth out but the indentations are making the rug unattractive.

Print is pretty, but not quality

Pretty print, but it will not lay flat. Also, with the 9x12 size, I don't know of any washing machine on earth that it would fit into, so I wouldn't try to do it. I ended up returning it.
