I love these. I ordered my normal size and I needed to order a size smaller. It's weird but true. I read this in their description and did not adhere to their instructions. I returned them for a smaller size. They were great customer service. I knew when they received them and when they shipped the new pair. They send a return via FedEx with the first shipment so you need to know where your FedEx drop off is located. I can't say enough about the whole experience. These are true leather. I will definitely order from these guys again. Thanks
