Not 230 Watts As Advertised

This charger does not output at 230 watts, as advertised. When under load, my laptop (which shipped with a 230 watt charger and has no problems with it) loses charge and performance drops. I double checked, and 230 watts is the correct input for this laptop. I would advise against this charger if you need the full 230 watts.
