So far, I am loving this item. Most of the wax warmers that I have bought have stopped working within the six months, but this one has held up so far the only downfall for this one is that the tray gets super hot even only if you have it on for like an hour. If you want to change the wax warmer scent you have to wait for that little tray to cool down. Because I'm telling you it would literally put third-degree burns on your hands. That's the one downfall. You have to wait at least a half an hour to change you wax melts because it gets so hot
