Return procedure is a pain

This part did not come with the inner workings we needed. it didn't. Returning was a hassle with emails and phone calls that kept disconnecting. They did eventually send me a label but I see they deducted the shipping charge from my refund. Won't use them again, even though prices were low and shipping fast. Disappointing.
