The directions were hard to follow which resulted in the spring loosing tension, figured out how to reload spring on YouTube. So be cautious when following the directions! Otherwise, I LOVE IT, IT IS PERFECT!

Can't Beat The Price!
Installed this total awning assembly by myself but, I have installed an awning fabric before so I had a little experience. I could have installed it in the course of a day but I ran it into a day and a half. The directions aren't as bad a previous reviews stated but, some of the mounting screws for the left and right arms didn't work for an RV installation. I would by this product again.
