I am walking outside this winter for exercise and I have had a problem wearing the right amount of clothing to remain warm but not too warm. I have had an issue with moisture collecting on my skin when I wear cotton tops and it doesn't go away. The fabric on this tee is supposed to wick moisture so that this doesn't happen. These shirts are very nice. I have yet to wear them but I think they are going to help with wicking the moisture so that I can stay dry.

I use these as undershirts for my nursing scrubs. They keep me warm, yet the material is very breathable when I'm really active. There are also thumb holes at the sleeve cuffs to keep sleeves in place when putting on a jacket or to even keep my hands warm when it's chilly at work.
