Clairol Professional Shimmer Lights Permanent Cream Toner - Platinum Ice

So, I saw this on an Amazon review, but it was always sold out. Once I realized that it was sold at Walmart, I bought it online. I knew it was only the toner, but I had different levels of developers, so I was ok with paying more. My hair is going grey, so I'm trying to help it along by softly getting whiter with milder products. (That's why I chose Platinum Blonde) And, besides, many Clairol products have always worked very well for me. So, with the good reviews, I thought it would work well. BUT, there was obviously a lot of purple tint added to help prevent brassyness. Anyway, my hair was already blonde, BUT my hair came out dark grey. It looked really weird. So, I bought the color stripper, called "Ooops" (which I've used before, and it's worked great before to strip dark toners), however, it ended up looking like a blotched leopard, with blonde, light brown and greenish spots. WHATEVER!!! I've colored my hair for decades, and like I said, Clairol products have always worked great for me. But, this has been the worst product I've ever used before. So, good luck. And, just make sure that you have some extra money to buy other products to strip your hair from that grey toner.
