great value

cons- a few very minor scratch/wear marks, but only when looking closely pros- a very good value for this price range... 8GB memory, intel core i5, and 128GB SSD for ~$350 is incredibly good value shipment arrived quickly, well packaged and ready to go the machine runs great so far, not much bloatware and everything was fairly updated... very pleased with the purchase

Cheap but not good

I bought the laptop and they sent it with a wrong operating system installed (Windows 7 instead of Windows 10). When I made the claim they sent me a new hard drive with the correct operating system, but the hard drive that they sent me was SATA II instead SATA III. Also the right speaker did not work. So, I had to send the computer and they sent me a new one. I had to wait a week to have the new laptop and it has some marks and scratches on the case. Although, it is very cheap considering the hardware it has.
