Good Value Overall

Within the overall packaging about 10% of the individual rolls were broken into two or three pieces, because the candies were a bit dried out overall. Once in the mouth they were as chewey as expected. My wife said the candies had lost some of their flavor due to their age. Packaging of the two pounds was not by the original manufacturer. So, we conjecture that the candies were purchased in bulk quantity then repackaged into smaller lots at a later time by another seller, but not before they were somewhat dried out.
