10x12 hardtop gazebo.

I just installed it and all went fine. It arrived in perfect condition with no missing parts. You need 2-4 people to put these things up. The more the merrier. I spread it out over two non consecutive days due to time constraints and that approach seemed to work well. It prevented assembly tension overload and your friends stayed your friends. There are about a thousand parts to these gazebos and it takes considerable time to decipher the instructions. No written instructions, only pictures. A video would be extremely helpful. But it's doable. Just be careful. There's nothing very difficult. The overall quality is very good and it seems very sturdy. Make sure you bolt it down. Now the real test comes. I live on a golf course with a wide open area. We do get considerable wind gusts from time to time and I hope it holds up. We'll see. I'll let you know. Any model or brand would be subject to this condition. Other people in my area have these kinds of structures and they seem to hold up OK. I live in northeast Ohio, so we don't get extreme weather very often. I love the look and quality of the curtains and I hope they last a long time. I have no negative comments about the design but would tell you if I did. Since this appears to be the first review for this product I give it 5 stars, tentatively. I would definitely recommend this to everyone and it has a lower price than many. I must have looked at 50 different gazebos and ended up buying this one. I think I made a good choice for under a thousand dollars. Jim in north Ohio.

Good with a couple notes

Good value. Stands up to bid winds 60-70mph. No instructions, only pictures. Clips need to be crimped on or they keep falling off during roof panels installation. Use a needle nose players to hold the nut on bolt in corners. Zipper fell off
