Poor quality

I expected more of these boots for the price. There is no cushion just a shell. They run really small and I even got a half size bigger than I wear. I tried to return them based on the fit and I had to email 3 times and then call 2 times to finally get an answer, only to find out I have to ship them myself with my own money to get a refund. So disappointed.
