Does not wash up well at all!

This thing shrunk up to a ridiculous small size. Material became hard and crunchy. Started out OK but don't wash it. I washed it on hand wash in the washer line dried. I knew right out of the washer it had shrunk. Looked like it would have fit a 5 year old.
