I thought it was going to come with the strap to be able to wear as a crossbody purse but it only comes with the wrist strap. Also, I know these are so posed to be snug on the phone but it's so hard to get the phone in the case that I ended up bending my phone so much that I ended up needing a new phone because the screen wouldn't work properly after that 😭
