damaged part and no response. walmart only allows you to drop the items to the store but they did not think of heavy and big items. this king size bed is received in damaged condition. the item got 65kg weight and big length so not fir in to sedan car and need three people to carry it properly. so practically it can not be returned or you may need to rent van and man to take the items from home to walmart store. however, ince you open you can not repacked again same as original so may need more packing materials. I am talking about big and heavy items. i would prefer wayfair for furniture and big items were you get seamless process of getvthe credit. walmart should think how a common customers can return such a heavy and big items. no response from customer service or no response from supplier companies. be careful whne you buy big and heavy items online from walmart
