At that point there were 3 days left until the wedding. I called them to work it out. George on their service team in Dallas wowed me with customer service. He made it happen and I got the watch two days later and just in time for the wedding. Hands down the best customer service I have had and it's a stunning watch - simple, sharp and classy. I would absolutely recommend Skagen watches to anyone. Thank you guys for a great buying experience.
