This hot pack is great. Walmart is not. I have one already that I bought for my brother and was buying him another one. When I went to look at the shipping, it said it was shipped and arrived at the Walmart warehouse or dock, wherever they deliver stuff and it was out for delivery. That was six days ago. It hasn't been delivered and I just got a notice that a refund has been issued. I don't know why they lie and say something is coming when it obviously isn't. Very frustrating.. If it's not coming, just say it isn't… Don't string somebody along for a week saying it's arriving today and then it never does. My brother had surgery today and I needed this hot pack for him and if I knew they weren't going to follow through with the sale, I would've purchased it somewhere else.

Game changer for me and I love it. This is easy to microwave; do 30 second increments until you know what works for your microwave use. I have instant heat around my neck and it surrounds the neck perfectly. You can drape on top of shoulder and it helps front and back areas. I'd buy it again in non-second! Highly recommend.
