The Lord instructed us through Luke that we ought to pray always and not to faint. I believe that prayer changes things. We release the hand of God to move on our behalf when we pray. It takes someone who is walking in righteousness to be able to pull down rebellious spirits. Also, the Word of God says that "there is no peace to the wicked." Therefore, do not expect to see peace in your life if you are walking in wickedness. You must first choose righteousness before the prayers in this book can be effective in your life.
