Only if you don't like the boot style

They look cool for quad skates b/c the boot is not a boot, it's a shoe. The shoe was comfortable, more than what a boot is. BUT we didn't like the quality of the wheels. They seemed smaller than typical wheels. And for whatever reason, my 11 year old son just didn't like them like we thought he would. We decided to stick with the traditional boot that is still adjustable in size.
