Broken on arrival, no help from Walmart or seller.
The blower is weak. The small electric wall fireplace we replaced has fewer BTUs and heats and blows the heat better than this. The build-out came broken in two places. I immediately contacted Walmart, which told me to contact the seller. The seller has not responded - it's been a week or so. I talked with the seller before I purchased, and even then, their customer service was poor (no effort/lazy). The fireplace looks beautiful, but it's disappointing and that it's broken in two places has become a company issue. Buyer beware, if you buy something from Walmart that isn't theirs, they don't step in. I purchased from Walmart thinking if anything was wrong, they would help, but they didn't. If you want heat, don't purchase this.
