Not as advertised

The box says to tilt the basin back and forth to see the bubbles swirl. No matter what we try, there are no bubbles to see. The item is still usable, but why put that description on the box when it is not true? I have looked at more than one of these cargo loaders and none of them produce any bubbles, so I know that it's not the item I purchased. This item should be deeply discounted since it does not perform as stated.
