My only regret is Not Knowing about these devices Sooner. I went in and asked my local AT%26T store if they had a mobile hotspot or WiFi device that I could get. They recommended this device. Works perfectly!!! Connects all my devices. And the internet speed is incredibly fast. I loved it so much I went and bought 2 more of these. I just added service to my AT%26T account which cost me about $10 a month. So 3 devices are around $30 a month versus 70 something I was paying for home internet service prior to these. My Home internet was always cutting off or having issues. But these are awesome !! Never a problem. And I can take them anywhere we go. I called and Canceled my home Internet Service. !!! Big Money Savings !!!! My grandkids are homeschooled and do their classes online so these work perfect. Again each device can connect up to about 16 devices at a time. Highly recommend these for anyone. Great savings and incredible WiFi service. Also these are UNLIMITED Internet Data Plans that come with these. The device itself cost me less than $50 each and I only pay a small monthly service fee of $10 per each device for Unlimited Data Plan on each device that is added to my AT%26T monthly bill for each device. **** INCREDIBLE SERVICE ****

Bought 5/12/24 used once in Michigan worked fine. Increased the amount of gigabytes and took it to Door County. Device did not work. Red “x” in signal strength. Call to AT%26T prepaid in July was told they could not access the device, could be SIM card. Told to go to nearest AT%26T store. Went right away rep scanned my ID and confirmed my conversation. He put new sim in. Still did not work. Red X in signal still there he said unit needs to be replaced but they are not a company store. Gave me address. Went there Rep did same as 1st store said unit defective gave me 800 number to call for replacement. Called in morning got runaround from phone rep. Not willing to send out replacement AND won't return money. DO NOT BUY
