The case is really nice %26 fits well around the cord, just unzip %26 wash when its dirty. The timer is great, 2-4-12 hours, turns off after the set time. It has 9 heat settings with 9 being the warmest, a little more then a cats normal body temperature of 100-102. My cats love it. I'll have to get a second pad.

Nice to have for our wonderful cat
We have a half feral, half indoor cat and he likes sleeping inside until around 10PM and then wants outside. I know the advertisement says it is for indoor but I use it out door in a shelter we made for him. I can set it for nine hours,, it comes on automatically at 10PM, heats for nine hours and goes off at 7AM the next morning. It gets cold sometimes where we live, four or five degree weather at night each winter and we feel so happy to have our Angel be able to be outside and have a fairly comfortable place to sleep. We are very happy with this well-designed and durable product.
