Butler Specialty Smithsonian Castle Chest in Heirloom

Famous for detailed design and product quiality, Butler Specialty is a family-owned company, manufacturing and marketing accent furniture and home décor since 1930. Butler is well known for its diversity of product design, superior and exotic materials, and quality wood products, both traditional and contemporary. This piece was adapted from a Music Cabinet found in the Smithsonian’s Castle Collection. From bygone days when the harpsichord graced the homes of America’s elite, this charming chest is inspired by a pair from the residence of Senator James Donald Cameron from Pennsylvania, circa 1875. Elegant hand carved details enhance doors, frame and apron.
