l was told furniture would be delivered and tracking showed it was on its way. paid someone to be here between 8 -11 so i would have help with putting furniture together. Furniture never showed up. I called wal.mart.com and it took them 4 days to get back with me to tell me it was back ordered and wasnt sure when i would receive it. I asked why i was not informed about back order on or before the delivery date and why the tracking said it was on it way. Walmart could not answer either question and had to get back with me . Then 3 more days later i get a text from walmart saying the company Homesquare will get in touch with me within 48 hours. 4 more days later I get a call and furniture will arrive on Dec. 14th. when delivered the furniture was damaged, the driver said they cant do anything about it i would have to call customer service. That same day i called, i texted and left message. Everyone said someone will get back to me in 48 hours. Now Dec. 28th and still waiting. There is a tear in back of right love seat and half the lights don't work. They offered me $174.00 refund for the damage. i told the i want it replaced, for $1600.00, i expect it to be in perfect shape. of cource now im still waiting another 48 hours to hear back. unable to speak with a person on phone its all text or online chat with still no answers
