Please don't let the size of this softgel scare you! They look like a serious horse pill. They are super easy to swallow, I have taken them on an empty stomach with no issues at all. I have seen positive effects from the top of my head to my toes. starting with my hair, it is softer and stronger. My complextion is becoming more even toned, and skin is smoother.
