Absolutely NO Quality Check Prior to Shipping...

I've been looking for this 2.5 qt oval baking dish in Cabernet for so long and when I found it on Walmart.com, not only was I surprised, but the price was right so I ordered it. It arrived smashed to pieces! Literally shards of pottery all over the box. I was appalled and disappointed. It rattles like the box was full of bells so you know the delivery people knew it was damaged but the sent it anyway. Then, upon trying to return it, the customer service person was very difficult to work with. Had to get her supervisor. Terrible experience. Not worth reordering.
