Returns Made Easy? Uh, no.

I ordered whole bean coffee and received ground coffee. Returning through Walmart was pretty terrible. I used the label and the items were picked up from my porch--but only half of my order was refunded even though the items were received. I had to contact Walmart CX numerous times. Their AI hung up on me on one of those calls. I am not disputing this charge with my credit card company because I cannot get a refund from Walmart. So there you go Walmart. Keep asking me for reviews if you want to get this information.

Damaged, beans must have broken open, never got.

I never received this item. I got a refund. It was totally damaged in shipping and I got a notice in the mail saying they were sorry for the inconvenience that it was ruined. When I told the USPS that I got the letter about the item being damaged, he said "check with the carrier"...correct me if I am wrong but isn't USPS the carrier? Unreal.
