The original purchase that I

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The original purchase that I made of the same shampoo was defected. I emailed them back because the replacement was defective as well. I still have not heard any response in resolving this solution. If need be I can send both bottles back to you that you replaced that are defective

I needed a shampoo that

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a shampoo that hydrated my dry, fine hair with some wave when wet. This works really well, leaves my hair hydrated and soft. I gave this a four as I love the smell of Southern Belle and this smells like pina colada. Not a fan, but use SB's volume mousse and a condition with a different smell as well.
