Outstanding!

When I unboxed this machine, the first thing I did was remove the cover, it was pristine. There were a few tiny scuff marks on the outside, no scratches or dents, all in all it was in better condition than the five year old computer I bought new. This computer from a cold start takes 20 seconds to login, amazingly fast, a decent gamer with no mods. I hope it holds up. Glad I bought it!

Carefull

Product looked great. Inside is clean. Small dent on side cover. Started up great. HOWEVER - description says it has a DVD R/RW it does not. Only has DVD-ROM installed. Already installed software on the system was not going to return the product. On-line customer service issued a $29.14 credit so I can order a DVD Burner and self install.
