We are really happy with this purchase. We found that the cubby can be placed on the right side, which it worked out better for us. The quality of the wood is not the best, but I think for the price, is pretty fair. All visible sides were looking good.

Drawers too tight
This will serve the purpose for which I bought it— a mini media stand for my daughter's bedroom. But I am having such a hard time with the drawer slides. It's darn near impossible to open the top drawer. I've read in the reviews where people had some success sanding down the parts. I might try that because candle wax is not making any difference. If I can't make the drawers functional, it will be very disappointing.

They look great
They look great, but the drawers are not as deep as they look. I like the sides on the top so things don't fall off, but it does reduce the space you can use. They are also a little shorter than I would like compared to our bed.
