Flat top allows bin stored on top for recycling

It is very small, good for small spaces. We use it in the kitchen as the compost and garbage bins; we have to empty it frequently, which is always before it starts to stink. With the flat top, two of these cans side by side, allow a huge bin for recycling ( which seems to fill up quickly) to sit stable on top of these little ones. Very space efficient for separating 3 types of refuse.
