Defective Item — could not build

Product arrived within 3 days of ordering, shipped from California. Upon going to build the product we realized that the base of the sofa bed was made incorrectly. This has made it impossible to build it since one of the holes was welded in an inconvenient spot. I have contacted their customer support team via the email provided on the instruction manual and through their Walmart seller profile. I will update this review accordingly if/when I get a response.
