This product smells nice and is light on my family's hair. It is light enough to use daily on my 4C hair without taking the bounce out of my press. A little goes a long way! It also helped with my 2 year old's scalp dermatitis. I only use it two to three times a week and I have seen a huge improvement in the flakiness and inflammation. He has very sensitive skin so we ar elk mites on products to use. This has been a game changer along with their other products.
